Yes — every Aqualuxe quote is fixed-scope. We document inclusions, allowances and exclusions line-by-line before any work starts, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Pool installs are quick — that's the appeal. From site prep to handover most jobs are in and out in a matter of weeks rather than months, weather and approvals permitting.
For pools and structural work we manage the council and certifier process end-to-end — drawings, engineering, BASIX, and inspections. Most cosmetic renovations don't need approval.
Progress-claim based, tied to milestones in your contract — typically deposit, rough-in, lock-up, fix-out and handover. No upfront lump sums.
Statutory NSW Home Building warranty plus our own 7-year structural warranty and 12-month defects period on workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on shells, appliances and equipment apply on top.
