1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Aqualuxe Projects website and any services provided by Aqualuxe Projects ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site or engaging us for work, you agree to be bound by them.
2. Quotes & proposals
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope, materials and site conditions described at the time of quoting. Variations, hidden conditions or client-requested changes may adjust the final cost and will be confirmed in writing before proceeding.
3. Contracts & payment
All works above the statutory threshold are carried out under a NSW Home Building Contract. A deposit and progress payment schedule will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise specified.
4. Workmanship & warranty
We stand behind our work. Structural workmanship is covered in accordance with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW). Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products and fixtures. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party works or fair wear and tear is not covered.
5. Site access & responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, including utilities. We will treat your property with respect and leave the site tidy at the end of each work day.
6. Images & marketing
We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing. Identifying details (address, client name) are never shared without permission. If you would prefer your project not be photographed, please let us know in writing.
7. Website content
All content on this website — including text, imagery, the Aqualuxe Projects name and logo — is owned by Aqualuxe Projects and may not be reproduced without written permission. Project imagery may include AI-generated and stock photography used for illustrative purposes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aqualuxe Projects' liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant services or the cost of having them re-supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
